Can I change or cancel my order after placing it ?

Yes
— as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Send us a message within a few hours from placing the order, and we’ll do our
best to update it.

Why was my order cancelled ?

Your order
may be cancelled if:

  • Payment wasn’t completed
  • The item ran out of stock
  • Delivery address couldn’t be
    verified

If this happens, you’ll receive a full refund.

How long does delivery take ?

  • Within Australia: 3–7
    business days
  • Pre-orders / restock items:
    Delivery time will be shown at checkout

    You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

How do I track my order ?

Once
your package ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking link.
You can follow your order status in real time.

How do I use a discount or voucher code ?

Enter
the code in the “Discount / Voucher” box at checkout, before payment.
The price will update immediately if the code is valid.

Why isn’t my voucher working ?

Make sure:

  • The code hasn’t expired
  • Minimum order amount is met
  • You’re not using it with
    another discount
  • It’s used exactly as written
    (no spaces or capitals)

What happens to my voucher if I return an order ?

If
you return the whole order, your voucher may be reactivated (depending on the
offer).
If you return part of the order, the refund will be calculated based on what
you actually paid after the discount.

How do I choose the right size ?

Each product page includes a full-size chart.

Each product page includes images for the real t shirt with the actual
dimensions.

If you’re between two sizes, we suggest going one size up for a more relaxed
fit.

Are all items in stock or made on demand ?

Basic
colours and sizes are kept in limited stock.
Some colours, bigger sizes or logo options may be available only as
pre-order
(you’ll see this at checkout).

Can I add my logo to the product?

Yes — for
selected items you can choose:

  • No logo
  • Black logo
  • White logo

    Just pick your preference before adding to cart.

What if an item is sold out?

We
restock in drops. You can click “Notify Me” on the product page and we’ll email
you once it’s available again.
