Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or color, please return the item first, then place a new order for the desired item.
This ensures the size you want is in stock. 

Terms of Service
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at wulfx.sports@gmail.com — we’ll fix the issue at no cost to you. 

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for:
- Items showing signs of wear or washing
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Clearance/Final Sale items
