Refund policy

  • Online purchases can only be returned via Australia Post within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
  • Return processing time:
    Once your item arrives at our facility, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.
  • Refunds:
    After the return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:
